Taco Soup

Paula Deen's Taco Soup...it's what's for dinner!

The weather is cooler here in South Ga, and it's getting time to break out the crock pot.

My Pastor used a crock pot meal as a picture one time and I want to repeat it and talk about it.

Christianity should be like a crock pot meal.

See, this dish has meat, pinto beans, kidney beans, corn, ranch dressing and taco seasoning.
Each ingredient is it's own thing.

When mixed together, they are still their own item, but they start to take on the same flavor.

As Christians, we are all different. I'm short. Like, really short. I have different talents and abilities than you do.
I have brown hair and blue eyes.

If we were all the same, life would be boring.

We can use our talents and skills to glorify God and help people know Him.

We do that in different ways.. but all for the same reason.

Some "religions" teach that some are special and others aren't. Some put women down and do not allow them to participate in worship. Some "religions" and even "churches" teach hate.

God is love. We are here to love God and love people.

Don't try to be like everyone else. Be yourself. God made you just the way you are. Use what He has given you and stay you...you can take on others flavors, just stay true to you.
Enrich someone's life today. Encourage and be there for someone.
