You continue to be speaking stra...Great post Jill! You continue to be speaking straight to my heart these days. I am not a trusting person, but am not bitter or cynical. I have had my trust broken so many times at the first sign of that happening I tend to jump ship. I move on. I don't wait to see how bad it will get. This is more as a matter of working hard and being overlooked, because either you will see my value or you won't.
